Which materials can Elite process?
Glass DC CO₂ lasers are well suited to wood, acrylic, leather, textiles, paper and many other non-metal materials. The ideal power and settings depend on material type, thickness and the finish required.
How fast can an Elite engrave?
Practical engraving speeds are typically around 600–1000 mm/s depending on the artwork, material, depth and required quality. Glass DC tubes engrave well, but customers focused on the fastest detailed engraving should also compare the RF-equipped Redline models.
Will a replacement tube require full realignment?
The new Redline uses a modular, factory-aligned tube exchange and alignment-free optical path design. This is intended to remove the usual pain of starting the alignment process again after installing a replacement tube.
